[摘要]目的：探讨加减滋水清肝饮对皮肤SOD 及脂褐质的调节作用。方法：采用紫外线照射法复制黑素沉着动物模型。用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定皮肤SOD活力，用荧光法测定皮肤脂褐质的含量，用HE染色法观察皮肤组织形态学改变。结果：药物预防组和药物治疗组小鼠皮肤SOD活性明显增高，脂褐质含量明显降低；皮肤组织形态学检查显示两组无黑素沉积或仅有少量沉积。结论：加减滋水清肝饮可增加皮肤SOD活性，降低脂褐质含量。

　　Abstract： Objective To probe into the function of regulation on skin SOD and lipofuscin by increasing and/or decreasing Zi Shui Qing Gan Liquid. Methods The reconstruction of animal models of dark pigmentation of skin by using ultraviolate radiation.The determination of vigor of skin SOD by using xanthine oxidase and of skin lipofuscin content by fluorescence method as well as the observation of changes in skin tissue morphology by HE staining method. Results  The chemoprophylaxis group and the medication group indicate an obvious increase of SOD activation in mice skin and of a reduction of lipofuscin content. The test on the skin tissue morphology shows that the two groups have no deposit of dark pigmentation and merely a small amount of deposit. Conclusion  Zi Shui Qing Gan Liquid proves effective in increasing the SOD activation of skin and reducing the lipofuscin content.
